Affinity Water rebranding campaign

Things were happening at the largest water supply company in the UK. Our task: renaming and rebranding, on time and on budget. After brainstorming and testing, ‘Affinity Water’ was selected, tying in with outstanding customer service, as well as benefits to the environment and local community. A new logotype was also created, combined with a community-focused strap-line. The result: a seamless transition to the new name and brand, with 100% of customers paying by direct debit continuing to do so.
