A membership rewards programme that offers exceptional benefits, Amber is designed for discerning Middle Eastern shoppers who love the most luxurious and premium brands. Tasked with overhauling the Amber look and feel, we delivered a whole suite of collateral across multimedia touch points; from customer comms packs and in-store merchandising, to visual style guidelines and staff training films. We also created and crafted brand new copy and content for the new Amber website, along with the new Amber app too. The result: a clean, coherent new look and feel, accompanied by internal and external comms that are as informative as they are compelling.
