We were asked to develop a lead generation campaign to drive interest and enquiries for the new Leicester Commercial Park.

We utilised the USP’s of Leicester Commercial Park and combined them with a sporting theme to produce an engaging campaign to raise awareness and excitement around the launch of the new Leicester Commercial Park – in particular, highlighting the USP of location and creating the two parallel EDM campaigns ‘Perfectly Placed’ and ‘Perfectly Launched.’

We engaged industrial agents to take part in a ‘Spot The Ball’ competition to find the perfect position for the ball, with a chance to win 4 tickets to the Aviva premiership final at Twickenham with hospitality, plus runners-up prizes.

Objective: Raise awareness of launch event

We sent emails to promote the launch of the Leicester Commercial Park, creating excitement around free prize giveaways and the attendance of Leicester Tigers rugby players Ben Youngs and Dan Cole.

Excellent engagement was achieved and we’re pleased to report that the subsequent event was a resounding success!

The Perfectly Placed Leicester Commercial Park Launch Email had an open rate of 33% and a CTR of 30%

The invite email had a 56% open rate and 15% CTR
