About the role

We are looking for a hybrid video editor and motion graphics designer! If you want to get into the world of motion graphics this could be your ‘in’.

We are after an enthusiastic person who wants to get into a marketing agency and show off their motion graphics skills and even learn a little from us.

Being able to use a camera would be a bonus as we often need to capture images to edit and turn into something that is engaging and entertaining to watch.

We have a wide range of clients and disciplines so that means that not every day will be the same. Motion graphics for a conference one day and animating an infographic the next.

About you

What we are looking for is someone, who is enthusiastic, and already has a knowledge of motion graphics software.

Desired skills and experience

  • Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms for our clients
  • Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of your work.
  • Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various playback media.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with other members of the creative team, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and the project brief.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining your skills, and exploring new techniques to increase your own knowledge.
  • Be open to cross skill development, like digital integration to inspire new ways of producing great content.

Career progression

Full professional development support and training is provided to all team members should they wish, in the future, to progress within the agency to more senior roles.

Salary and benefits

Circa £30 – 35K depending on experience.
