Launching the Corporate Plan

Brief

Communicate the new plan in an engaging and impactful way

An integrated digital strategy was key to the success for launching an important message, amongst the disruption of the UK entering lock-down.

Grand Union pride themselves in their values to ‘do more’ for their staff, customers and investors, they wanted to present their ambitious plan for the next three years in an engaging and impactful way to ensure it was conveyed with the innovation they aspired to achieve.

With Grand Union’s key focus for the next three years being a digital transformation, we knew this meant we had to kick-start their plan as they mean to go on. Doing more than simply creating a brochure and putting it online, we created an integrated campaign including an interactive site for readers to browse with intuitive navigation and a colourful, engaging design on both mobile and desktop.

We bought the brochure content to life through an animated video detailing the corporate plan, with smaller videos created to maximise the opportunity for Grand Union to capitalise on the strength of social media as everyone started working from home in the UK lockdown.

The launch was a huge success with better than anticipated levels of engagement on social media and excellent internal feedback.
