As a Top 100 law firm, Shearman & Sterling was already in a strong position in terms of number of graduate applications. However, the graduate recruitment brand was in real need of a refresh. To create a brand that would stand out against others, we came up with new messaging that would firmly identify a position in the graduate recruitment market that Shearman & Sterling own, based around three key areas of excellence. Visually, we created a new look and feel that offered cut-through in the graduate space and worked across a variety of digital platforms, including a new, mobile and web browser optimised recruitment website.
44.63% increase in users compared to the same period of time the previous year – leading to an 11% increase in applications for the firm’s Spring / Summer Vacation Scheme in 2016.
