The brief: After the acquisition of an Italian firm, Climaveneta, Mitsubishi Electric developed their own range of Modular Chillers – so could justifiably claim to have a Chiller unit for every application.

The audience: Specifiers in central London were targeted due to the high concentration of buildings and potential projects. The challenge was, how do you target Chiller specifiers?

The solution: After developing the strapline ‘The Complete Chiller Solution’, positioning Mitsubishi Electric as the premier source for commercial Chiller needs, the task then was to highlight to new prospects – that Mitsubishi Electric now had the perfect solution – whatever your needs!

We identified key locations frequented by architects and specifiers, mapping their typical commuting routes. A bold outdoor campaign was launched featuring 48 eye-catching billboard posters, a medium rarely used to advertise chillers. This unexpected approach turned heads, highlighting Mitsubishi Electric’s innovative offering.

The result:

The campaign effectively brought “the big chill” to London, emphasizing Mitsubishi Electric’s capability to provide the perfect solution for any need. Its success led to a repeat run and expansion across Europe, cementing the brand’s reputation as a leader of the Complete Chiller Solution.
