The brief: Hilton Worldwide needed to deliver a largescale, high-impact event for 1,200 General Managers and Commercial teams from EMEA. The four-day event in Dubai required flawless execution, including workshops, showcases, fine dining, and high-profile speeches from Hilton’s senior leadership updating and educating on the latest news and initiatives for the company moving forward.

The solution: CampaignWorks managed the full logistics, creating 44 branded stands, 2 Augmented Reality (AR) rooms, a supersized wellbeing room, and a lecture suite with grass flooring, seats and walls. The venue’s exterior featured projection mapping, and military-level precision ensured seamless transitions between meetings, showcases, and the awards night.

The result:

With 8 floors, 5 meeting rooms, 2 restaurants, 3 stages, Broadway quality entertainment and another hotel venue and restaurant too, the event ran flawlessly, with some humbling praise from the event hosts. The showcase format was so successful it is now the blueprint for future Hilton events in the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
