Project: New hospital opening campaign
The brief: Southfields Veterinary Specialists, one of the UK’s leading providers of cancer treatment for cats and dogs, was set to unveil its new state-of-the-art 42,000 sq ft hospital in September/October 2021. The objective was to position Southfields as a pioneering veterinary centre, highlight its unique facilities, and attract both pet owners and veterinary professionals. CampaignWorks’ job was to deliver a fully integrated marketing campaign pre- and post-opening.
Southfields’ target audience included:
- Pet owners seeking specialist veterinary care, particularly for oncology treatment.
- Veterinary professionals, including referring vets and potential recruits.
