Campaign Works, Design Works

Client: Coface

Project: Throwing small businesses a lifeline

The brief: With 80% of businesses facing unpaid debt, many are unaware of the risks associated with non-payment. Coface, a global leader in credit insurance, debt collection, and business information services since 1946, wanted to change that. The challenge was to educate small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the importance of credit insurance, helping them make confident financial decisions and safeguard their future.

The audience: Our campaign targeted SMEs across multiple sectors, many of whom were unfamiliar with credit insurance or underestimated its necessity. These businesses often lacked the resources to chase late payments, making them particularly vulnerable to financial instability. The aim was to engage and inform them, positioning Coface as a trusted partner in financial protection.

The solution: CampaignWorks developed a dynamic social and digital campaign to direct businesses to a bespoke web page featuring a downloadable infographic. The creative concept, ‘Easyliner – The easy way to continuously protect your business’, used a distinctive continuous line drawing to illustrate real-world business scenarios. This visual approach not only reinforced the idea of seamless financial security but also made complex financial solutions more accessible and engaging.

The result:

The campaign successfully increased awareness of credit insurance among SMEs, driving significant traffic to the dedicated landing page. The infographic download rate exceeded expectations, demonstrating a strong interest in the service. Businesses engaged with the content, and Coface strengthened its position as a go-to provider for credit risk management. Easyliner proved to be more than just a campaign—it became a vital resource for businesses looking to trade with confidence.
