Client: Goodman

Project: Large format print branding for launch event across two sites (Crossways 241 & Purfleet 343)

The brief: Goodman tasked CampaignWorks with delivering standout on-site branding for the launch of two new industrial and logistics sites: Crossways 241 in Kent and Purfleet 343 in Essex. The branding needed to achieve two things: support wayfinding for guests and highlight each site’s unique USPs to an
audience of potential occupiers and investors.

The solution: We created a suite of large-format print materials designed to elevate the guest experience, while clearly communicating the value of each property’s location.

This included window vinyls that preserved light and sightlines, long lasting directional floor graphics, and premium stretch fabric banners, all tailored to each space.

At Crossways 241, we added a viewing podium to offer guests a unique perspective of the area and reinforce the site’s location advantages. In the lead-up, we also supported with a targeted email and direct mail campaign to ensure that we reached the right market and to further showcase key features.

Creative was bold, photographic, and icon-led, designed to be visually engaging and quick to interpret. Messaging focused on logistics, transport links, and sustainability credentials.

The result:

From concept to installation, we worked in close coordination with on-site teams, to ensure everything was delivered smoothly and without disruption. All elements were made to measure and professionally installed, creating a polished, informative environment that impressed attendees. Goodman was thrilled with the execution and the strong impression made on their key prospects.
