The brief: Coface challenged us to deliver a lead generation campaign promoting their stand-alone global Debt Collection service to medium-to-large multinational companies.

The objective was to position Coface as the go-to partner for effective worldwide collections; combining a global footprint with unrivalled local knowledge across 200+ countries.

The solution: To drive data capture, the campaign featured a series of downloadable white papers targeted to specific industry sectors – Retail, IT Services, Telecoms, Agrifood and Logistics.

The creative concept accentuated Coface’s worldwide coverage combined with local expertise. We created a series of illustrations with landmarks featuring debt collection terminology in a range of languages to demonstrate Coface’s reach and in-depth country knowledge.

Campaign creative included social media assets – including a video, email templates – built in Eloqua, landing page headers, and design of a white paper and strategy guide. All created in Canva to allow for easy localisation.

The results:
The campaign generated high engagement across paid and organic channels, driving a significant increase in qualified leads. By highlighting Coface’s ability to operate globally while understanding the nuances of local markets, the campaign successfully repositioned the brand as a smart, strategic choice for multinational debt recovery.
