The brief: LivingWell Health Clubs wanted to refresh the video content across their 16 individual club webpages. The aim was to showcase each club’s facilities while capturing the warm, friendly, family feel that sets LivingWell apart. The videos needed to be engaging, informative, and easy to explore – bringing the in-club experience online.

The solution: We rolled up our sleeves and hit the road. With a pro lens, our own 360 camera in hand, and a meticulously planned filming route to keep costs down, we set out to bring LivingWell’s spaces to life.

Each club was notified of a planned three-hour window for filming and tidy-up time when the club would be closed to the public. On arrival, we toured the facilities, pinpointing the hero features, and mapped out the most visually compelling shots. From sparkling pools to state-of-the-art gyms and welcoming reception areas, we filmed it all.

Alongside the promo videos, we captured immersive 360 images to allow users to take a virtual walkthrough of the clubs from the comfort of their homes.

The result:

A vibrant new suite of club tour videos that not only showcase facilities but radiate the warm, welcoming LivingWell hospitality. With 360 tours and promotional content now live on club websites, potential members can explore each club with ease – leading to higher engagement and increased member enquiries across the board.
