The brief: SCS JV engaged CampaignWorks for their One Team event. The objective was to create a high-energy, engaging, and meaningful event that reinforced the shared vision, values, and mission of the combined workforce from Skanska, Costain, and Strabag, to now work together in partnership with HS2.
The audience: The event targeted employees from across SCS JV, bringing together leadership teams, area office and building site crew members. The aim was to foster a sense of unity, celebrate achievements, and inspire collaboration for the next three years.
