The brief: Harpenden Building Society sought to reinforce its commitment to its people with an internal campaign designed to boost morale, foster a unified team spirit, and celebrate the positive stories that shape the organisation. The objective was clear: to create a sense of shared purpose while reinforcing core team member values through engaging internal communications.

The solution: CampaignWorks developed a visually striking internal communications campaign built around the concept: Your stories are our business. We value your input. A series of posters were designed, strategically placed in high-traffic areas across office spaces and branches and on internal digital comms. The focus was on ensuring every team member felt valued, heard, and recognised as an essential part of the business’s success.

The creative execution was warm and personal, with bold messaging that emphasised shared the Society’s purpose and values. The messaging was elevated with a series of printed collateral with quotes and further enforcing the campaigns objectives.

The result:

The campaign successfully created an uplift in team morale and reinforced the ‘one team’ ethos within Harpenden Building Society. Employees responded positively to the initiative, engaging with the stories and taking pride in seeing their colleagues recognised. Feedback indicated an increase in internal conversations about values, teamwork, and appreciation.
