Brief

Launch the new experience and promote it to a local audience

A gap in the market had been spotted and the need for social distancing entertainment meant that a large screen experience, in the grounds of Hatfield House, would be a new venture for The Screen Space.

Entertainment included a variety of events from drive-in cinemas, fitness sessions and kid’s drama classes to name a few. With little more than two weeks until launch CampaignWorks were given the brief to create an integrated campaign to promote the new event and sell tickets.

The list was long - build a website, organise a local door drop campaign, design roadside banners and posters. Build a series of emails and create a buzz on social media using Facebook and Instagram. Developing the existing branding into a family-friendly set of materials that would sit in harmony across all channels was the first challenge.

A successful influencer campaign was adopted to build social platforms quickly. Using a variety of local influencers and celebrities to attend events and share their experiences.

Successfully building 5k followers, continually growing, coupled with a reach of 1M+ proved so popular that the event was extended for another month. Growing the brand with live comedy and music being added to the schedule meant that the entertainment lasted from early morning until late at night.
