Brief

To promote the park's void space

When you are left with too much space on a business park you need something that is out of this world.

Goodman’s flagship Business Park in Reading had some void space that needed to be let. A great Business Park that was out of this world, with its’ beautiful setting, top class amenities and a great community. Perfect for the local area businesses to relocate to. An advertising and direct mail campaign was needed that would catch people’s attention.

Goodman’s flagship Business Park in Reading had some void space that needed to be let. A great Business Park that was out of this world, with its’ beautiful setting, top class amenities and a great community. Perfect for the local area businesses to relocate to. An advertising and direct mail campaign was needed that would catch people’s attention.

We used a creative idea based all around the concept of ‘space’. With Arlington Park having Space to move, space to think and space to grow, it is the perfect place for a business to thrive. The creative execution revolved around an Astronaut who used the facilities in a care free manner (as if it was normal to see a white vacuum proof suit in the café).

Our friendly astronaut interacted with all the facilities on offer and suggested that you needed better ‘space’ for your business. Coupled with an extra incentive of a ‘Galaxy’ chocolate bar to entice more and create stand-out when the direct mail pack was received. The campaign proved a huge success with two new tenants signed and the void space substantially reduced.
